The Crooked Man.

Have you heard of the tale? Of a man’s heart gone pale.Deeper into the night, when rooms are locked tight. There a man stands, a smile long planned. In through the halls, he sends out a call.

‘Have you heard of the tale?’He speaks behind the veil.‘Of a lamb long jailed.’

Closer the man stands, his grip on your hands.Up through the walls, you take your last fall.Into the land, where the Boogeyman stands.

There, lives a Lamb.Neither glad, nor sad.

◭ Recently seen around the streets of Ul'dah, the man is said to sell items of peculiarity. Mayhap you fancy yourself a chance for a bargain and a gamble in one.◭ He has quite the terrible tendency to stare and gawk at the many faces around his vicinity, however... Seems you've caught his attentions this time around. Unlucky, that it is.◭ Deeper into the Goblet lays a workshop with its’ door never locked, never closed. Filled with tomes, potions, and trinkets abundant—perhaps you’ve found yourself curious for a look around.◭ Perhaps you’ve an adoration for fairytales and fantasies. More often than not, they stand with a storybook on their persons.

If none of these hooks work well with your character, no worries, we can always go back and forth on ideas. Anything and everything usually goes whence it comes to approaching this character—don’t be afraid to reach out, I would love to discuss.

I do mainly mirror roleplay; however, I would prefer paragraphs on most occasions. Of course, this is dependent on the setting and the pace of the scene—I’m lax, I promise!Any themes are okay with me as long as they fit into the narrative of a scene. Please understand this character has very mature themes surrounding them. Thanks for reading! Hope to be RPing with you soon.(Art above by Ezra.)
